Dr Kiely is a gastroenterologist and consultant physician. He consults on a variety of gastrointestinal issues, such as:
- diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
- (gastroscopy and colonoscopy)
- Crohn’s disease
- ulcerative colitis
- bowel cancer screening
- coeliac disease
- liver disease
- peptic ulcer disease
- irritable bowel syndrome
- immunotherapy-related gastrointestinal toxicities
Dr Kiely’s attended Sydney University Medical School. His specialist training in gastroenterology took place at Royal North Shore Hospital, Canberra Hospital and Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, UK. He holds a PhD from the Australian National University.
Dr Kiely has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis).
